Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage global logistics, 3PL relationships, and end-to-end shipment lifecycle. You will handle import/export documentation, inventory movements, and analytics to support business operations.

The role requires strong ERP/TMS/WMS proficiency, excellent English communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a hybrid work setup at Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or any 4-year college degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in import and export documentation processing.
• Experience working within a 3PL or 4PL logistics environment.
• Experience managing international shipment workflows and the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
• Proficiency with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage global logistics and supply chain operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with 3PL providers, logistics partners, and carriers.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via TMS and 3PLs.
• Prepare import/export documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment lifecycle and traceability.
• Generate reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Resolve shipment data discrepancies and chargebacks.
