Responsibilities include outbound/inbound calls, researching verifications, contacting schools and employers, and maintaining high accuracy while meeting productivity standards. This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of office experience.
• At least 1 year of U.S. Domestic Background Screening.
• Strong phone presence with professional demeanor.
• Proficient with G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to switch between multiple windows/browsers and type 45 WPM.
• Comfortable with long calls and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for education, employment, and reference verifications.
• Review and complete verification requests per client instructions.
• Determine next steps through research to verify information.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system.
• Conduct internet research to verify education and employment details.
• Email schools, businesses, and organizations to verify information.
• Interview references to assess past work history.
• Meet team productivity and accuracy standards.
• Handle administrative duties for the Verifications team.
