Job summary

Verified First is seeking a Client Services Representative in a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will handle client inquiries by email, phone, or chat with empathy, educate clients on searches and the background screening application, and help create user accounts and process orders.

You will strive to meet response and resolution targets, build lasting client relationships, and train clients on billing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Client Services Department in a call center environment.
• Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Background screening experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to build, nurture, and retain client relationships.
• Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Navigate between multiple windows/browsers with ease, type 45 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service for client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Meet the goals of the Client Service team around response times and resolution times for client cases.
• Educate clients on searches, forms needed for searches, and the adverse action process.
• Assist clients with creating new user accounts, processing orders, and training clients on how to use the background screening application.
• Train new clients on the billing process.
• Assist other departments in obtaining information and forms needed from clients to perform searches.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
