Verified First is seeking a Verification Specialist to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The role focuses on verifying employment, education, professional references, and license status for job applicants, supporting our clients with accurate background checks.

Responsibilities include outbound verifications, researching information, handling inbound inquiries, email outreach, and maintaining productivity and accuracy while collaborating with the Verifications team in a fast-paced

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of office experience and U.S. Domestic Background Screening experience.
• Strong phone presence and professional demeanor; able to type 45 WPM.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls for verifications as required by clients.
• Review and complete verification requests.
• Determine next steps through research to verify information.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system for Verifications Department.
• Conduct internet research to verify education and employment information.
• Email businesses, schools, and organizations to verify information.
• Conduct interviews with references to assess job history.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Administrative duties for the Verifications team (file triage, mass texting/emails, inbox monitoring).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
