The role involves phone confirmations with applicants and employers, reviewing documents, encoding data, and maintaining meticulous records, with emphasis on confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in administrative support, data encoding, document checking, customer service, or verification-related tasks is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn loan verification procedures and follow established company policies.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in verifying the personal information and background details provided by loan applicants.
• Conduct phone calls to applicants, employers, character references, and other authorized contacts to validate information.
• Check the accuracy and consistency of information stated in loan applications and supporting documents.
• Report discrepancies or incomplete information to the immediate supervisor for further review.
• Review loan application forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in validating employment certificates, identification cards, proof of income, and other required documents.
• Encode and update applicant information in the company's database or loan processing system.
• Maintain accurate records of verification results, call details, and application status.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Credit Investigators, and other concerned personnel regarding verification results and pending requirements.
