Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to verify education, employment, and references.
• Review and complete verification requests from clients.
• Research to determine next steps for verifications.
• Conduct internet research to verify education and employment data.
• Email schools, businesses, and organizations to verify information.
• Interview references to assess applicants' work history.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system for Verifications.
• Meet team productivity and accuracy standards.
• Handle administrative tasks for the Verifications team.
