Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound calls is recommended.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Willingness to work remotely in the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for references verification.
• Obtain verification information via phone, fax, or email.
• Investigate and confirm reference credibility.
• Update reference details in the database.
• Address candidate and client inquiries about background checks.
• Coordinate with other teams to complete verification reports.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive verification reports to clients.
