Job summary

takemytasks is seeking a JM - VA Manager to join our growing remote team. You will lead a remote group of virtual assistants and own SOP creation and upkeep.

You will work with Airtable, GoHighLevel CRM, and AI tools to streamline tasks, track KPIs, and support diverse clients. This role offers Work From Anywhere flexibility and performance-based bonuses.

Compensation is competitive with bonuses and room to grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing or leading a remote team, ideally virtual assistants.
• Strong Airtable skills: bases, views, interfaces, and data cleanliness.
• Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel strongly preferred).
• Proven track record writing and enforcing SOPs.
• Excellent written English and clear, direct communication.
• Highly organized: manage many people, tasks, deadlines at once.
• Reliable internet, dedicated workspace, backup power/connection plan.
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up drafting, research, and repetitive tasks.
• Background in customer service, scheduling, or a training/education business.
• Experience with class, event, or appointment scheduling operations.
• Experience supporting B2B accounts or sales follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager.
• Team results and scoreboard.
• Daily EOD log.
• Weekly 1:1 prep.
• SOPs and coverage.
• Manage all VAs.
• AI tools and automations.
• Back-up operations continuity.
• Daily execution, KPI management, data quality, reporting.
