Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an organized, trustworthy Team Lead / Operations Manager to oversee a small remote team of 5–10 Virtual Assistants involved in outbound email outreach, form filling, and data tracking. You will bridge management and field workers, train team members, audit daily work quality, and ensure output quotas are met.

This role emphasizes process improvements, SOP creation, KPI tracking in Google Sheets, and maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Remote Team Lead or BPO Supervisor.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and English communication.
• Familiar with project tracking tools and email practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, track attendance, and manage daily performance for 5–10 remote team members.
• Conduct daily standups or check-ins to set output expectations.
• Train new and existing team members on outreach processes and inbox management.
• Create, update, and enforce simple SOPs.
• Spot-check outgoing emails and forms for data accuracy and compliance.
• Track KPIs in Google Sheets and report outputs to management.
• Monitor email sending practices to maintain deliverability and avoid flags.
• Manage team access and permissions securely.
