takemytasks is seeking a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our diverse client base from a remote setting. You will lead follow-up, manage CRM tasks, and assist with onboarding and platform navigation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Training will be provided on our CRM and workflows, with opportunities to grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a support role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency with CRM software and general office productivity tools.
• Experience using Freedomsoft CRM is a BONUS but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and proactive follow-up in CRM, including scheduling.
• Host onboarding calls and assist clients with platform navigation.
• CRM management: entering leads, updating data, and maintaining workflows.
• Provide technical support and tackle navigation issues in real-time.
• Handle general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Train VAs on CRM processes once systems are learned.
