Wing Assistant seeks a Remote Team Success Supervisor to lead and coach a remote Virtual Assistant team, driving client satisfaction and service excellence across industries.

You will set performance goals, provide feedback, and collaborate with the core team through 2–3 in-person sessions weekly while supporting VAs across multiple time zones. This is a remote-first, high-growth opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a supervisory role managing remote teams.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with remote work tools and managing teams across time zones.
• Availability to participate in in-person meetings 2–3 times per week.
• Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a remote Virtual Assistant team to achieve goals.
