Job summary

ProfitWorks is seeking a US Painting Estimator (Division 9) for a remote role aligned to US time zones. The position focuses on preparing accurate bids for commercial painting, wallcovering, and related finishes, with responsibilities spanning from initial review to award and project handoff.

The candidate will develop takeoffs, use On-Screen Takeoff and a proprietary pricing sheet, and manage multiple bid deadlines while pursuing profitable work.

Qualifications

• Remote/WFH experience required, 2 years minimum.
• Experience with US construction industry is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in OST and CSI Master Form is needed.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, takeoffs, and prepare clear bids.
• Coordinate with ownership and operations through bid handoff.
• Follow up with general contractors to pursue awards and ensure profitability.
• Maintain organized estimating records and meet deadlines.
