Job summary

Elevate and Delegate LLC is seeking a remote Construction Estimator to prepare and manage estimates for large ground-up projects. You will review plans, perform takeoffs, and coordinate pricing with U.S. subcontractors and vendors from a remote location.

Ideal candidates have proven estimator experience, strong English communication, and the ability to own the estimating process with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines for American clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably on large ground-up projects.
• Strong understanding of plans, quantities, labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing.
• Ability to produce accurate estimates independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent spoken English for American clients.
• Experience with U.S.-based projects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for large ground-up construction projects.
• Review plans and documents to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost calculations.
• Solicit and compare subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Communicate with American subcontractors and vendors to clarify scope and pricing.
• Identify cost risks and omissions in project documents.
• Develop and maintain budgets and pricing documentation.
• Explain estimates to clients and handle questions professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission.
• Own the estimating process and meet deadlines.
