You must communicate clearly, own the estimating process, and manage deadlines with minimal supervision. Experience with estimating software and CRM tools will support successful bids and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably on large ground-up projects.
• Ability to read plans, specs, scopes, and bids to develop detailed estimates.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, material, labor, and subcontractor costs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for large ground-up construction projects.
