Job summary

Emapta is seeking an Estimator to translate technical drawings into budgets for American building projects, assess risks, and coordinate supplier quotations. This role offers permanent work-from-home with night shift and opportunities for international career growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of estimation experience, a construction management background, and relevant certification. Strong analytical and communication skills are required to deliver accurate cost estimates and bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
• Certification from a recognized professional estimating association (AACE/ASPE) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Develop detailed cost breakdowns using estimating software and tools.
• Review bid documents for compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor quotations and evaluations.
• Assess risks and mitigate potential cost overruns.
• Document estimates, bids and cost-related reporting for management.
