Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks an Estimator to join its team for New York commercial painting and wallcovering projects. Work-from-home role with night shift aligned to US Eastern Time, enabling collaboration with US construction pros and global career growth.

You will read drawings, perform detailed takeoffs, and prepare cost estimates in Excel, with a focus on CSI Division 09 specifications and painting/wallcovering expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience reading architectural drawings, RCPs, elevations, and MEP drawings.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to perform quantity takeoffs for walls, ceilings, doors, frames, and surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate commercial painting and wallcovering estimates for US projects.
• Review bids, specs, addenda, and deadlines to price accurately.
• Interpret drawings and perform takeoffs using PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff.
