TOA Global is seeking a US Intermediate Accountant to maintain general ledger, optimize AP workflows, and drive month‑end close for U.S. clients. This remote, full‑time role operates during U.S.

business hours, using QuickBooks, Ramp, and Divvy to ensure accuracy. You will handle JEs, reconciliations, vendor invoices, and expense allocations across entities, with 2–3 years of U.S. accounting experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on U.S. accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger maintenance and AP process knowledge.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; experience with Ramp/Divvy preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to collaborate remotely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate GL records and post routine JEs.
• Manage Accounts Payable workflows and card reconciliations.
• Review vendor invoices and ensure proper coding.
• Perform reconciliations and expense allocations across entities.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Identify process improvements in AP workflows.
