• 1+ years of general accounting experience, including month-end close.
• Hands-on Oracle Fixed Asset and NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and ledger control experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to support the monthly close.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve items.
• Manage Oracle Fixed Asset platform: assets, WIP, depreciation.
• Analyze P&L accounts before month-end close and escalate variances.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Review GL coding on AP invoices for accuracy.
• Set up vendor/supplier records in the ERP system.
• Support overflow work and process-improvement initiatives.
