TOA Global Pty is seeking a US Intermediate Accountant (Accounting & Operations) to join its remote team from Clark, Philippines. The role covers full-cycle bookkeeping for a management company, with exposure to back-office operations, investor reporting, and cloud platform management.

You'll work US business hours, supporting a structured 6–12 month transition to take ownership of day-to-day accounting. You’ll collaborate across time zones with outsourced administrators and internal teams,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting a US-based client is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary bookkeeping cycle for the management company, including AP, expense reviews, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Document workflows and master the chart of accounts during the handoff.
• Track expenses allocated to funds and assist with investor reporting.
• Administer cloud platforms and drive workflow automation.
• Support consolidations for financial and tax reporting and participate in process improvements.
