Job summary

TOA Global is hiring a US Intermediate Accountant for a remote, full-time role based in the Philippines. You will maintain general ledger records, optimize AP workflows, and support month-end close for U.S. clients, using QuickBooks, Ramp, and Divvy.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on U.S. accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger maintenance and AP process management.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel; experience with Ramp/Divvy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger records and post routine JEs.
• Manage Accounts Payable workflows and card reconciliations.
• Perform month-end close support and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with remote U.S. teams and ensure timely vendor payments.
