Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking a Sales Operations Support to keep our client's sales process efficient. You will coordinate quotes, manage opportunities in NetSuite, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Strong emphasis on process improvement and documentation. The role requires 2–5 years in sales operations or related admin work, proficiency in Excel, and experience with NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or similar admin role.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience using NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP (NetSuite preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data organization.
• Comfortable using Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Quick to learn new software platforms and productivity tools.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, freight coordination, and pricing structures.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales Operations: review open opportunities in NetSuite and identify next steps.
• Enter and maintain opportunity information in NetSuite on behalf of sales reps.
• Prepare and coordinate quotes to enable prompt responses to customers.
• Coordinate with logistics to get freight rates and costs for quotes.
• Coordinate with procurement to obtain product costs and initiate next steps.
• Obtain and organize product documentation (COAs, SDS, specs) and share with customers.
• Monitor opportunities through quoting and notify reps when quotes are ready.
• Support & Analysis: assist in sending finalized quotes and customer communications.
• Review weekly sales reports to identify forecast vs actual discrepancies.
• Partner with Business Development Manager on reporting, forecasting, attrition tracking.
• Provide proactive follow-up on quotes pending customer response.
• Administrative tasks like booking flights, accommodations, meetings.
