Job summary

MultiplyMii is hiring a Customer Success and Support Representative to manage post-sale relationships with US-based customers. You will handle inbound calls, process orders the same day, and resolve warranty and order issues with accuracy. A protected outbound block is used to onboard new accounts and win back lapsed ones.

The role emphasizes warmth, phone confidence, meticulous order entry, and data cleanliness, with a daily rhythm that keeps shipments on track and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must have proven night-shift tenure on US-hours (graveyard in Manila time).
• Outbound customer calls: retention, renewals, win-back, payments follow-up.
• 2+ years US customer service with order entry or management.
• Proficient spoken English by phone in a warm, clear manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails; enter orders the same day; resolve warranty issues.
• Outbound calls to onboard new accounts and reactivate lapsed accounts.
• Collect payments or commitments and log outcomes in HubSpot.
• Log calls with reason codes; keep records updated; coordinate with operations.
