Job summary

The role involves coordinating with US clients, leading discussions, and ensuring accurate and timely financial deliverables. Night shifts may apply to align with EST time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Experience handling end-to-end accounting processes.
• Previous experience supporting US-based clients or businesses.
• Confident client-facing communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting: payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accrual-based accounting, journal entries, and month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
• Apply US GAAP in recording and reporting transactions.
• Lead client discussions and provide updates to US clients.
• Ensure timely, accurate accounting deliverables.
• Communicate clearly with business owners and CEOs.
