Concentrix Philippines seeks an experienced US Accountant to manage US GAAP, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting for US-based clients. Must hold a QBO ProAdvisor certification and work the Night Shift aligned with US business hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in US accounting and strong English communication. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is essential to ensure accurate month-end close and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in US Accounting, US GAAP, and US Payroll.
• Active QBO ProAdvisor certification.
• Strong familiarity with US payroll taxes, forms (941/ W-2/1099).
• Excellent English communication and strong analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to work fixed Night Shift / US Business Hours.

Responsibilities

• US Accounting & Ledger: Manage GL, journal entries, AP/AR, accruals, account reconciliations, and month/year-end closing.
• US Payroll & Tax Compliance: Process end-to-end US payroll and 1099 contractor payments; support Forms 941, 940, W-2, W-3, and 1099 filings.
• US Tax & Payments: Support federal/state tax compliance, sales tax, and payment processor reconciliations (chargebacks, refunds, fees).
• Financial Reporting: Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements with high accuracy and strict deadline adherence.
