Job summary

Marquee PH EOR Inc is seeking a US Senior Accountant based in the Philippines to support a US-based client from a 100% remote setup. This full-time role requires ownership of month-end close, reliable financial reporting, and adherence to US GAAP.

You will collaborate with the client's accounting leadership, review work, explain movements, and guide junior colleagues without people management duties. Applicants must reside in Pampanga.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience including US accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced functions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close process and lead close checklists.
• Prepare and review general ledger entries and schedules.
• Review bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and client policies.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues when needed.
