Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is hiring bookkeepers and accounting professionals to handle client accounts remotely from the Philippines. The role covers daily bookkeeping, payables, receivables, journal entries, accruals, month-end close, and producing financial statements such as Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.

You will support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting, while maintaining clear communication with clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online; strong English communication.
• Experience with Xero, Bill.com, Excel, or Google Workspace is a plus.
• CPA and non-CPA candidates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks: payables, receivables, journal entries, and accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; manage month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow.
• Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting; maintain schedules.
