Job summary
Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is seeking an experienced remote bookkeeper to manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close for overseas clients from a home-based setup in the Philippines. You will handle payables, receivables, journal entries, and reporting, with bank and card reconciliations, and you may assist with payroll, budgeting, and cash-flow reporting as needed.
Excellent English, attention to detail, and hands-on QuickBooks Online, plus experience with Xero or
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.
- At least three years of accounting or bookkeeping experience serving clients abroad.
- Proficient QuickBooks Online; strong written and spoken English; client-facing experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle core bookkeeping: payables, receivables, journal entries, and accruals.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan statements.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports.
- Assist with payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting as needed.
- Maintain orderly documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain regular, clear contact with clients and colleagues.
