Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is seeking a work-from-home bookkeeper to manage accounts for clients located abroad. Position is remote from the Philippines, full-time and home-based with hours aligned to North American business times.

You will handle daily bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial reporting, while coordinating with clients and colleagues to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping for clients abroad.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online; strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks: payables, receivables, journal entries, accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant and loan accounts; carry month-end close through to finish.
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and ensure records are precise.
• Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow reporting as needed.
• Maintain checklists and schedules; communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
