Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is hiring bookkeepers and accounting professionals to manage daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and monthly closes for clients abroad. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and clear communication with colleagues and clients.

The position is fully remote in the Philippines, with a monthly rate commensurate with experience. The company provides a laptop and onboarding support to help you grow with CAS and serve clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience for clients abroad.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to work with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping: payables, receivables, journal entries, accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts.
• Manage month-end close and produce financial statements (BAL, P&L, CF).
• Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting.
• Maintain checklists and schedules; communicate clearly with clients and team.
