Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is seeking remote bookkeepers and accounting professionals to manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly closes for clients abroad. You will handle payables, receivables, journals, accruals, and prepare the Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reports.

You will also support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting while maintaining clear communication with clients and teammates across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience serving international clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English; experience with clients or stakeholders.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience required; familiarity with Xero, Bill.com, Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping: payables, receivables, journals, accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant and loan accounts; close month-end.
• Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow.
• Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting.
• Maintain checklists and schedules; communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
