BruntWork is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the primary voice UK businesses hear, conducting high-volume outbound calls to introduce a website design service, qualify genuine interest, and own the relationship from cold contact through to a near-closed handoff.

This remote, full-time role offers autonomy in pipeline management, timely follow-ups after demos, and collaboration with clients to sharpen messaging and lift conversion rates.

Qualifikationen

• Proven outbound calling experience targeting UK businesses.
• Strong phone presence with ability to handle objections and build rapport.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage follow-ups and maintain an active pipeline.
• Experience using CRM or lead-tracking systems to manage outbound workflows.

Aufgaben

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to UK-based businesses from provided contact lists.
• Pitch website design services and identify interested prospects during initial conversations.
• Schedule and execute follow-up calls to move leads toward a purchasing decision.
• Track and report call outcomes, lead status, and pipeline progress.
• Manage the full outbound sales cycle from initial contact through to pre-payment handoff.
