Division 50 is a remote-friendly B2B lead generation agency that runs outbound SDR programs for clients across industries. The UK Cold Calling SDR will dial into the UK market daily, learning each client’s product and ICP to book qualified meetings that your closers can convert.

You will adapt quickly to new clients and industries, maintain CRM hygiene, and meet daily dial and weekly meeting targets while representing our clients with a professional, credible voice on the phone.

Qualifications

Proven cold-calling experience dialing into the UK market.
Track record of booking qualified B2B meetings from cold dials with real numbers.
Able to ramp quickly on new products/industries and sound credible after a brief briefing.
Clear, confident spoken English that resonates with UK prospects.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume cold calls into the UK market on behalf of clients.
Learn each client's offer and ideal customer profile, and adapt your pitch weekly.
Open cold calls, hold the line, and convert them into booked, qualified meetings.
Qualify prospects against client criteria so meetings land on the closer's calendar.
Log all activity in the CRM for visibility by the client and manager.
Follow up on warm inbound leads when applicable; focus remains on cold outreach.
Hit daily dial and weekly booked-meeting targets, staying steady across client switches.
