Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an outbound sales professional to book high-quality appointments in the UK market. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls to small businesses, identify decision-makers, and schedule qualified appointments for the internal team while logging activities in the CRM.

This remote position requires 3–4 years of cold calling or outbound sales, strong UK market familiarity, and the ability to work 9:00–17:00 GMT with potential Friday availability.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience, preferably within the UK market.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage small business owners.
• Experience using dialer systems and CRM platforms.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail when capturing and updating prospect information.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding daily call and appointment-setting targets.
• Prior experience in merchant services, payment processing, or financial products is a plus.
• Familiarity with the UK small business landscape and experience engaging owners across various industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to small, independently owned businesses using provided data lists.
• Qualify prospective clients for merchant services and identify key decision-makers.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the internal sales team to close.
• Accurately log call activity, outcomes, and prospect details in the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain consistent daily call volume targets to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
