Next Staffing Group is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to expand our reach, qualify opportunities, and build relationships with decision-makers across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

You will generate discovery meetings for our senior teams, manage cold outreach, and coordinate with project executives and estimators. This remote role follows EST business hours and supports U.S. market exposure.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of outbound sales or prospecting experience (SDR/BDR), preferably in construction, engineering, architecture, building materials or B2B services.
• Familiarity with construction bidding, estimating cycles and contracting terms is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable cold outreach and routing calls to executives.
• Resilient, proactive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed pipeline KPIs.
• Noise-free work environment with stable internet and a backup connection.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Lead Generation: source and initiate contact with decision-makers via phone, email, and networks.
• Inbound Lead Qualification: assess inquiries, bids, and web requests for fit and timing.
• Pipeline Management: keep CRM updated with interactions and stages.
• Market Research & Intelligence: monitor construction boards, notices, and portals for opportunities.
• Handoff & Coordination: schedule warm handoffs to project executives and estimators.
