Qualifications

• Travel industry experience required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 1–2+ years in customer support (email-based or ticketing).
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and resolve in one reply.
• Calm, empathetic, solutions-first mindset.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ticket queue management.
• Tech-friendly; quick to learn helpdesk, CRM, and booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle email inquiries, triage inbox, and resolve tickets with clear, accurate replies.
• Support members across email, live chat, and occasional phone for bookings, cancellations, modifications, and billing questions.
• Guide members through the platform and resolve issues at first contact where possible.
• Verify identity and handle account details securely.
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers to resolve booking issues.
• Keep canned responses and help content sharp for fast, consistent answers.
• Spot patterns in recurring issues and flag them for root‑cause fixes.
