Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional operational support across the Operations department.
• Support Fulfillment and Inventory activities and processes per procedures.
• Assist with recurring operational workflows within timelines.
• Support audits and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify operational issues or risks and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and other functions.
• Assist with documentation, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate operational records and compliance.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple teams.
