Loop-closing instinct; track open items until externally confirmed.

Responsibilities

Vendor research and comparison memos; scope options, compare vendors, and justify recommendations.
Vendor and partner coordination; follow-ups, applications, and verifications across systems.
Domain and DNS coordination; registrar handoffs and verification with dev teams.
App store administration; developer accounts, registrations, and verifications.
Email marketing operations; flows, segmentation, and plumbing in your platform.
Contract and hiring admin; engagement paperwork and brand asset management.
Quality assurance passes on member-facing builds and site testing support.
Daily written end-of-day report: bullets with links/screenshots; structured deliverable.
