Job summary

OpsArmy Careers is seeking a highly organized Training Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of employee training and onboarding in a fully remote role. The position requires coordinating training cohorts, scheduling sessions, tracking progress, and ensuring new hires have access to resources.

You will coordinate trainers, maintain materials, gather feedback, and help standardize training for newly promoted team leads. The role overlaps U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating training, onboarding, or learning programs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training cohorts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to work a schedule that overlaps with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Training Cohorts: Schedule groups, coordinate trainers, ensure access and resources before start dates.
• Track Trainee Progress: Maintain attendance, completion, assessments, and overall progress.
• Maintain Training Materials: Keep materials, guides, and resources up to date.
• Coordinate Trainer Support: Provide updated materials and schedules to trainers and leads.
• Support Team Lead Training: Help organize and standardize training for newly promoted team leads.
• Maintain Training Records: Ensure records are accurate and organized.
• Gather Feedback: Collect trainee and trainer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve Training Issues: Identify issues before training starts and coordinate solutions.
