Expect 60-120 daily calls and future growth to online bookings and referrals. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in healthcare administration, a warm phone presence, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of healthcare administration experience.
• Excellent on-phone communication with clear and patient-centered approach.
• Strong attention to detail when documenting patient information and verifying insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and scheduling in the EMR system.
• Verify insurance eligibility and discuss in-network vs self-pay options.
• Coordinate referrals and manage patient communications via HIPAA-compliant channels.
• Assist with billing questions and processing phone payments on outstanding balances.
