Magic, Inc is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for freelance remote work from the Philippines. You will handle live chat inquiries and help hosts troubleshoot issues on our SaaS platform, guiding setup for AI features and integrations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of technical support with live chat as a primary channel.
Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to adjust tone based on customer context, from professional to personable.
Experience supporting SaaS platforms or hospitality tools is a plus.
Familiarity with handling international clients or English-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

Provide live chat support with professionalism and speed.
