Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical support with live chat as a primary channel.
• Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to adjust tone based on customer context, from professional to personable.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms or hospitality tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with handling international clients or English-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat support with professionalism and speed.
