Anavah Talent is seeking a Technical Support & Operations Specialist for a remote role based in the Philippines. You will handle inbound support, troubleshoot software and hardware, and help maintain operational data and reporting for a US-based startup.

The role combines problem solving with cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success and Engineering. Strong English, meticulous reporting, and ownership of end-to-end tasks are essential for success in this fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude preferred).
• 3+ years in technical support, IT helpdesk, SaaS support or related technical role.
• At least 1 year in a technology startup environment (US or Australia based preferred).
• Excellent English (C2) with strong written communication.
• Experience with Windows, remote desktop and Intercom encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer and operational issues by reviewing system information, configurations, data and documentation.
• Maintain accurate operational and support data and contribute to reporting by tracking trends and surfacing insights.
• Document issues and resolutions, partnering with Success, Engineering and other teams to improve processes.
• Take ownership from investigation through resolution in a scalable support and operations function.
• Respond to inquiries via Intercom, Pylon, email and other channels, resolving Tier 1 issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, accounts and configurations; escalate complex problems to internal teams.
• Build knowledge of the company’s software, workflows and scrap metal recycling operations to diagnose issues.
