Job summary

Anavah Talent, a U.S.-based technology startup, seeks a Technical Support & Operations Specialist. This remote role blends technical support with operations, handling inbound requests, troubleshooting software/hardware, and maintaining accurate data across systems.

You will contribute to building scalable support and operations in a fast-paced startup, working during U.S. business hours from the Philippines, with occasional Saturday shifts, and collaborating across teams to drive process

Qualifications

Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to data and reports.
Experience handling SaaS or technical operations support is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to own tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Investigate customer and operational issues to identify root causes and patterns.
Maintain accurate operational data and contribute to reporting backbone.
Document issues and resolutions with cross-team collaboration.
Own problems from investigation to resolution in a fast-moving environment.
Respond to inquiries via Intercom, email, and other channels; resolve Tier 1 issues.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, accounts, configuration, and device issues; escalate when needed.
Develop knowledge of the company’s software and workflows to diagnose issues.
