Job summary

Anavah Talent is seeking a Technical Support & Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing U.S.-based startup. This remote role, based in the Philippines, blends technical support with operations, handling inbound requests, troubleshooting software/hardware, and maintaining accurate data and reporting.

You’ll work cross-functionally to identify issues, document learnings, and support a scalable operations function while enjoying USD pay and a flexible, remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, SaaS support, technical operations, or related role.
• Experience with a technology startup (US or AU based) preferred.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Intercom, Pylon, and data reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer and operational issues by reviewing system information, configurations, data, and documentation to identify root causes and patterns.
• Maintain accurate operational and support data and contribute to the reporting backbone by tracking trends, identifying inconsistencies, and surfacing actionable insights.
• Document issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns with cross-team collaboration to improve processes and support resources.
• Take ownership of problems from investigation through resolution in evolving systems and processes, building a reliable, scalable support and operations function.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom, Pylon, email, and other channels, resolving Tier 1 issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, account, configuration, and connected-device issues; escalate complex problems to internal teams as needed.
• Build strong knowledge of the company’s software, customer workflows, and operations to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
