Job summary

Anavah Talent is seeking a Technical Support & Operations Specialist to support a U.S.-based tech startup from a remote setup based in the Philippines. The role blends technical support with operations, focusing on resolving issues, data accuracy, and process improvements.

You will work across systems, handle customer inquiries, and help build a reliable, scalable support and operations function while communicating clearly with multiple teams.

Qualifications

3+ years in technical support, IT helpdesk, SaaS support, or similar roles.
1+ year in a tech startup (preferably US or AU).
Experience with Windows OS, remote desktop tools, and Intercom.

Responsibilities

Investigate issues by reviewing system data and configurations to identify root causes.
Maintain accurate operational and support data and contribute to reporting insights.
Document issues and resolutions, partnering with CS, Engineering, and other teams.
Own problems from investigation to resolution in a scalable support function.
Respond to inquiries via Intercom, email, and other channels; resolve Tier 1 issues.
