Qualifications

• Previous recruitment administration experience.
• Experience with recruitment coordination and talent acquisition.
• Experience with an ATS or recruitment CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategic client briefs ahead of meetings.
• Coordinate campaign documents and job descriptions.
• Create and manage jobs in JobAdder after campaigns are approved.
• Publish job advertisements and manage candidate applications daily.
• Coordinate interviews and reference checks.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and conduct screenings.
