Competenze

• Experience in recruitment or agency recruitment.
• Experience in Technology, Digital, Transformation, or Project Delivery.
• Australian recruitment market experience preferred; international experience welcomed.
• Comfort with outbound calls to engage senior professionals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and follow-ups.
• Proactive in developing business opportunities.
• Able to collaborate with remote Melbourne team.

• Drive outbound business development through phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted emails.
• Identify prospective clients and generate qualified meetings for the Melbourne consulting team.
• Research target companies, decision-makers, technology projects, and potential hiring needs.
• Build prospect lists, nurture leads, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening calls covering relevant experience, technical skills, motivations, availability, work authorization, and salary or rate expectations.
• Prepare qualified shortlists and clear candidate summaries.
• Build talent pools, publish job advertisements, and support candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate client, candidate, opportunity, and activity records.
