Working remotely, the Recruitment Resourcer supports the National Delivery Team to build continuous candidate pipelines for national accounts.

You will source proactively, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage records in JobAdder, and ensure compliance with Australian privacy standards while

Qualifications

• Proven track record in candidate sourcing and recruitment resourcing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience with multi-channel sourcing and database screening.
• Familiarity with Australian market sectors.

Responsabilités

• Execute proactive candidate sourcing across national vacancies.
• Conduct initial screening calls and video interviews.
• Draft summaries and present shortlisted candidates to Managers/Consultants.
• Manage candidate engagement via ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate interview schedules and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain complete candidate profiles and consent documentation.
• Prioritize urgent recruitment requirements across the national pool.
• Deliver daily reporting on sourcing activity and pipeline status.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment regulations and data privacy.
