Qualifications

• 3 years of agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for US/UK/Canadian markets.
• Strong technical recruitment in software/IT/AI/ML or electrical engineering.
• Active GitHub account for researching talent.
• Cold calling and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent English communication and relationship-building.
• Familiar with ATS and international recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering positions across international markets.
• Source qualified candidates for roles including Software Engineers, Technical Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, AI/ML Engineers.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, advanced Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and other sourcing platforms.
• Proactively engage passive candidates through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct candidate screenings, assess technical qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
• Build strong talent pipelines, maintain ATS records, and drive successful placements.
