Northbridge Recruitment is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to support the National Delivery Team. Working remotely, you will manage end-to-end candidate identification, multi-channel sourcing, initial screening, and candidate management across national accounts.

You will build and maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, ensure compliance with Australian regulations, and drive recruitment delivery velocity to meet client SLAs.

Competenze

• Proven track record in candidate sourcing, recruitment resourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes and talent pool management.
• Knowledge of Australian market sectors and employment terminology.

Mansioni

• Execute proactive candidate sourcing across active national vacancies.
• Conduct initial screening calls and video interviews to assess fit and salary expectations.
• Draft summaries and present qualified shortlists to Account Managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines via JobAdder, SEEK Talent Search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate interview logistics and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records and consent documentation.
