MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our remote-day shift team in Metro Manila. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, source candidates, screen, interview, and maintain talent pools to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.

You'll translate hiring requirements into engaging postings, use our internal tools to track candidates, and contribute to marketing efforts to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment for technical labor-hire roles in ACT or Australia.
• Experience recruiting for Federal Govt roles.
• Familiar with ATS like JobAdder and HRIS.
• Active LinkedIn presence and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
• Sourcing candidates, screening, interviews, references, and postings.
• Translate hiring needs into engaging job postings.
• Maintain candidate records and talent pools.
• Consolidate CVs into company format.
• Design and execute daily marketing strategies to generate leads via online ads and social media.
